3. How do you deal with shipment delays?

Sometimes, due to weather or customs inspections, etc., shipment delays can occur. Please don't worry, we will be responsible for any logistics issues and will not let our customers experience any loss. Under normal circumstances: If your order cannot be delivered within 1-2 months, we will process a full refund or re-make a new pair of glasses for you without any additional fees.

Processing: Your order is in production, and they will be ready to ship soon!

Ship to forwarder: Good news! Your order already departed our production center and on the way to forwarder (Like USPS or Canda Post, etc).

Shipped: Your order already arrived at forwarder's logistic center and a tracking number will be created, be sure to check your email or tracking status on Tracking page.
