Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept most trusted payments method globally such as PayPal, Applepay, Googlepay and Credit card including VISA, Mastercard, AmercianExpress, UnionPay Mastro, JCB...

 

Q: Is my payment safe and refundable if I change my mind?

A: Yes. The safety of your payment is guaranteed and you are entitled to initiate a full refund for no reason within 7 calendar days after order placing. If any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team by sending an email to [email protected] 

 

Q: What if my payment fails?

A: Please contact your bank to see if the order price has been deducted from your personal account.

If NO and you still want our product -> try other payment methods or initiate payment again. 

If YES and you still want our product -> please drop us an email ([email protected]) stating your order number and problem so our customer service team can check if we have received the money and your order will proceed once confirmed.

If YES and you do not want our product -> please drop us an email ([email protected]) stating your order number and problem so our customer service team can help to get your money back to your account.

 

Q: Will there be a foreign transaction fee?

A: No, we do not charge any extra fees regarding your order. However, there may be a minor foreign transaction fee charged by your bank, but we are not the recipient nor the beneficiary.

 

Q: What if I accidentally made a wrong order for example: I wanted to buy one from ZanyLen however I accidentally select 2 in terms of quantity.  

A: Please drop us an email ([email protected]) stating your order number and problem so our customer service team can help you to get the money back to your account.

 

Q: What if I have made an purchase but I want to change to another product?

A:
1.You can drop us an email ([email protected]) stating your order number and your needed product so our customer service team can help you to amend your order.

2.You can initiate a refund and order again 

PLEASE NOTE that if you want to change the product of your order, please make sure to contact us within 24 hrs after order placing. If we are unable to reach you after receiving order amendment request within 3 weeks, we will make and ship your product base on your original order.
